Why me

I've lost over 180lbs and maintained it for more than five years. Not through willpower or discipline — but by changing how I think, feel, and respond to food.

I've worked with hundreds of women who've tried everything. The plans, the apps, the resets, the medication. Women who know what to do but can't seem to keep doing it.

My approach is mindset-first and behaviour-led. I'm an ICF-accredited coach trained in Neurolinguistic Programming, and I work with the emotional and psychological side of eating — not just the food.

I don't coach with shame, rigid rules, or extremes. I coach with honesty, compassion, and a deep understanding of what it actually takes to change — because I've lived it.
