Collected strictly for coaching and habit-tracking purposes only (non-medical):

  • Mood entries, emotional wellbeing check-ins, and accountability notes
  • Habit-tracking inputs (e.g. water intake, sleep, movement, food logs)

We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and we do not collect data for clinical or diagnostic purposes.

C. App & Technical Data

Collected through our website and mobile app:

  • Device type and operating system
  • Unique device identifiers and push notification tokens
  • App usage data, activity logs, and progress history
  • IP address, browser type, login timestamps, and session data
  • Error logs and crash diagnostics

D. Payment Information

All payments are processed securely by Stripe Payments.

We do not store or process full card details.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

  • Deliver coaching services, accountability support, and personalised guidance
  • Enable app functionality (check-ins, habit tracking, insights, and progress reporting)
  • Facilitate communication between you and your coach
  • Manage subscriptions, billing, upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations
  • Send service-related emails, reminders, and push notifications
  • Improve our services, app performance, and user experience
  • Maintain platform security and system integrity

We never sell, rent, or trade your personal data.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

We process personal data under the following lawful bases:

  • Contractual necessity -- to deliver services you have purchased
  • Consent -- where you voluntarily provide wellness or coaching-related data
  • Legitimate interests -- to improve services, analyse engagement, and maintain quality
  • Legal obligation -- to comply with financial, tax, or regulatory requirements

You may withdraw consent for coaching-related or wellness data at any time.

5. Sharing Your Data

We only share data where necessary for service delivery and legal compliance.

Technology & Service Providers

  • Supabase -- secure database, authentication, and hosting
  • Expo / React Native / Firebase -- mobile app infrastructure and notifications
  • Netlify -- website hosting
  • Stripe Payments -- secure payment processing

All providers operate under GDPR-compliant data processing agreements.

Other Disclosures

  • Legal or regulatory authorities where required by law
  • Professional advisers (e.g. accountants)
  • App store platforms (Apple / Google) for aggregate analytics only

No third party is permitted to use your data for their own purposes.

6. Data Storage & Security

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including:

  • Secure UK/EU-based servers
  • Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS)
  • Encrypted data at rest
  • Restricted access controls and authentication
  • Confidentiality obligations

Push notification tokens and device identifiers are stored securely and used only for service-related communications.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary:

  • Client records, invoices, and payments: up to 6 years (legal and tax obligations)
  • Coaching notes and progress data: deleted within 12 months of service ending unless legally required
  • App analytics: retained in anonymised or aggregated form where possible

Account Deletion

Users may delete their account directly in the app via:

More → Settings → Delete Account

When an account is deleted, personal data is permanently removed immediately, except where retention is required by law (e.g. financial records).

8. Your Rights Under UK GDPR

You have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request erasure ("right to be forgotten")
  • Restrict processing
  • Request data portability
  • Withdraw consent at any time
